| How do I clean my new NorthEast windows?  | It’s simple. Each sash has tilt buttons to allow easy access to the outside of the windows. Simply raise the bottom sash about two inches, then engage the tilt buttons towards the center of the window, and gently pull the sash towards you until it is able to rest on the window sill. Lower the top sash two inches and repeat the same steps. Use a common glass cleaner or mild soap to clean the glass and vinyl. When you are done, just gently push the top sash back into the window frame by engaging the tilt buttons again until the sash is firmly in place in the frame. |
